A short menu is a safer menu

Kitchens with hundred-item menus have hundred-item allergen matrices. Ours makes one dish in five flavours, so we can tell you plainly: no nuts go into any tikka marinade. Not Malai, not Hariyali, not Lassuni, not Classic, not Angara. The marinades are built from ginger, garlic, lemon, mustard oil and raw spices.
