Getting to Tikkas from Tottenham Court Road
From the station, walk west along Oxford Street and turn right up Great Titchfield Street just before Oxford Circus: 7–8 minutes. From the Google/TCR office cluster it's about the same.
What's waiting when you arrive
One dish, done properly: chicken and paneer tikka in five flavours. Malai (no heat), Hariyali (herby), Lassuni (garlic), Classic (the original) and Angara (hot), served as rice bowls, salad bowls, wraps or with chips, £8.95–£9.95 for a full, filling meal. Everything is HMC halal, grilled fresh daily, with no MSG or artificial colours.
The TCR end of Oxford Street is fast-food heavy. Real grilled food, marinated in-house and made fresh every day, is worth the extra three minutes of walking.
