For a campus that takes halal seriously
SOAS has one of London's most halal-aware student bodies, so we'll be precise: our chicken is HMC certified (independently monitored, the strictest UK standard), the paneer is vegetarian, nothing non-halal enters the kitchen, and the premises are completely alcohol-free.
The route
From Russell Square/SOAS, cut through Bloomsbury to Tottenham Court Road, then along Oxford Street to Great Titchfield Street. It's about 15 minutes on foot, or take any westbound bus along New Oxford Street/Oxford Street.
Why students make the trip
